Inflatable Rental FAQ
Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! Our Courteous drivers will deliver and set up your rental
and insure that it is in working condition well before your party
starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set
up normally takes about 10-15 minutes, and take down is about 15-20
minutes. This service is included in your rental cost.
What kind of power is required?
Jumpers plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply
the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet
we are utilizing. Placement of the Jumpers should be no more than
50ft from that outlet . If you would like to set up a Jumpers at
a park or other place without an electrical outlet within 50ft,
let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an additional
$100 charge. If you would like to provide your own generator, it
must provide at least 3,000 watts.
What type of surface can the Jumper be placed on?
The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up
on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which
surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize
the proper anchors for your event.
How much room do I need to set up a Jumper?
You should have an area of 1 foot clearance on all sides with a
vertical clearance of about 22'-22'. When you call to reserve your
bouncer, we will let you know the dimensions for the particular
shape you will be renting.
- A responsible ADULT must supervise the Bounce House at all
times.
- Do not allow children to enter the inflatable without CONSTANT
ADULT supervision.
- All riders must remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, combs, hair
clips or any other sharp or hard objects that may cause injury
to other children or the inflatable prior to entering the inflatable.
- Absolutely NO Food, Drink, Gum, or Silly String inside the
Bounce House.
- When riders are in the Bounce House, there should be NO flips,
wrestling, running, pushing, climbing the net walls or any other
aggressive behavior that could injure other children.
- Do not let riders bounce against the sides or entrance.
- Only children of compatible age and size should be in the unit
at the same time. Mixing children of different sizes will greatly
increase the risk of injury.
- It is best if children do not sit or lay down while other children
are bouncing around them, as a jumping child could fall down on
top of a sitting or lying child.
- STOP the children from bouncing and have them exit the bouncer
if Winds exceed 20 M.P.H. or if starts to rain, or if any other
condition exists which may cause an unsafe or questionable condition.
Once all children have exited turn the blower motor off wait for
the weather to subside or for any other condition to change before
allowing children to use the unit. If it rained dry the blower
motor with towels before turning it back on.
- If the blower motor stops: Have the children calmly exit the
inflatable while you help them out. Most often the cause is an
overloaded circuit or a piece of debris in front of the blower
intake.
- Reset the circuit breaker and make sure the blower is on a dedicated
circuit. Clear any debris away from the intake on the blower.
- DO NOT attempt to move the Bounce House or Blower once it is
set up.
- FAILURE TO USE SOUND JUDGMENT AND TO FOLLOW THE SAFETY RULES
CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. THE OPERATOR SHOULD ALWAYS
INSURE THE UNIT IS PROPERLY SUPERVISED AND ALL SAFETY RULES ARE
FOLLOWED.
