| Have fun, meet
new friends and learn new skills. Get your children out of the house
for the summer and enroll them in All Stars gymnastics and cheerleading
classes in coordination with Windsor’s Summer School Enrichment
programs this summer.
These programs offer developmentally appropriate gymnastics and
cheerleading classes design so children can excel to their fullest
potential in a non-competitive, fun environment. Skills are taught
in a progression sequence to enable children to build a skill base
while tracking progression.

Class Descriptions
Mini Star: (Ages 2 to 4) –
*Parent and Tot Class.
A great way to spend time with your toddler, meet new people and
introduce your child to movement education and cooperative games.
Experience an environment where you can interact with your child
in a focused way, nourishing the parent-child bond and build important
developmental skills through gymnastics skills on floor, bars, beams,
and trampoline.
This class meets once a week for 45 minutes.
Mini Star: (Ages 4 to 5) –
This preschool program is designed to increase your child’s
coordination, muscle development, and socials skills. Instructors
use appealing and fun variety of child-size gymnastics equipment,
games, and motor skill activities.
This class meets once a week for 45 minutes.
Shinning Star (Ages 6 to 7 & 8 to 11) -
This after school program introduces children to the various gymnastics
apparatus, as well as developing balance, flexibility, strength,
confidence and body awareness, while keeping it fun with games,
and motor skill activities.
This class meets once a week for 55 minutes.
Cheerleading (Ages 6 - 13) -
Class is designed for learning and improving cheers, jumps, motion
technique, tumbling and stunting. Excellent beginner’s class
that accommodates intermediates too.

This class meets once a week for 55 minutes.
Hip Pop Gym (Ages 6 - 13) -
A high-energy class that uses the latest sounds in rap, R&B
and pop music together with movements influenced by some of today’s
hottest video choreographers. Hip hop encompasses movement that
has elements of poppin', locking, and breaking as well as freestyle
movement to give students the opportunity to develop their own sense
of style. Hip hop is urban, it’s street, it’s diverse
and forever changing.
This class meets once a week for 55 minutes.
Tumbling for High School Cheerleading -
This class works on the tumbling skills cheerleader need. Skills
are taught through a progression series to build the athlete’s
confidence and strength. Skill sheet handouts are given to participants
to aid in the learning process so the athlete understands the body
mechanics behind the skill and the important of conditioning themselves
to gain the strength need to achieve the skills. Cheerleaders will
be working on round-offs, backhand spring and tumbling series.
