Trampoline &Tumbling (Ages 7 to 18) -
This is an excellent class to improve your backhandspring and perfect
your tumbling skills. Skills learned included safety, jumping, twisting,
handsprings and flipping through progression and strengthing of
the athlete.
This class meets once a week for 60 minutes.
GYMNASTICS APPAREL
Leotards are the uniform of choice for girls, however both boys
and girls may wear gym shorts and a T-shirt, with bare feet and
we encourage gymnastics shoes. Long hair should be tied back. No
gum, candy, jewelry, or street clothes.
