Cheerleading Demo Team
Starts
Saturday, April 5th 12:30-2 pm
Cheerleading Demo Team is a great way to maintain your
skills for the upcoming season and also to learn new skills.
The Team will promote our cheering program at local events
including the Shad Derby Parade, East Granby Parade and
the Enfield Fourth of July Parade. |

Night Zumba Class |

Come try out the Dance Fitness Class one of the fastest-growing,
dance-based fitness crazes in the
country, with people of all ages falling in love with
its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and
body-beautifying.
Every Thursday night from 7:30 - 8:30 ASGA will be
offering a Zumba Class. Call Kelly to save your spot.
This weeks class is already full.
Cost $8.00 per class pay at the time you participate.

New Boys Classes growing fast
|

All Stars Gymnastics will be offering this exciting
and challenging class for boys next fall. It’s
called Stunt Squad. We realize boys live for challenges
and we all so really All Stars facility and staff can
help unleash your boy’s athletic potential.
Stunt Squad curriculum helps squad members develop
skills for balancing, agility, strength, courage and
challenge. Assets that aid in all physical advancement
for athletic balance, good posture, health and or course
confidence.
5 areas of challenges
1. Jumping and running (broad jump, 40meter dash,
block jumps, vertical jump)
2. Gymnastics skills (forward and backward rolling,
cart wheeling, handstands)
3. Balance/flexibility challenges (balancing on a
bar, beam obstacle course)
4. Strength challenges (chin ups, push ups, leg lifts,
bar pull over, rope climb, falling and rolling techniques)
5. And Stunt Challenges (jumping from block to catch
high high bar, jump from one block to another, rope
swing)
These classes are design to develop a child’s
athletic potential towards any sport and to overall
movement that will. Classes are an hour long and offered
once a week.
Stunt Squad will improve you son’s running speed,
ability to jump, coordination, balance, strength and
over all confidence.

All Star’s Gymnastics
Level 5 takes State championship Runner up and Level
6’s Win Connecticut State Championship May 10th
– 11th. The Connecticut state meet was located
in Killingly, CT and hosted By Deary’s Gymnastics
of Danielson, CT.
Level 5’s girls did an awesome job! This is a
fun team with a lot of personality. They are all excited
to move on to learn level 6 skills. Out of this group
of 8 young ladies after Saturday 4 of them hold state
championship titles in events and three of them are
All Around Champions.
Jessica Smith (ages 7 & 8) - All Around Champion
in addition to winning 1st on bars, 1st on floor,
1st on vault
Sydney Johnson (age 11) - All Around Champion in
addition to winning 1st on bars, 3rd on floor, 1st
on vault
Kayliana Corujo - (age 13) All Around Champion in
addition to winning 1st on beam, 1st on floor, 1st
on vault
Jessica Johnson-Giles - (age 10) 2nd All Around Champion
in addition to winning 2nd on beam, 3rd on floor,
1st on vault
Kiley Vermette (age 9) - 2nd All Around Champion
in addition to winning 2nd on beam, 2nd on bars
Sierra Taylor (age 11+) - 3rd All Around Champion
in addition to winning 3rd on floor
Juliet Orszulak (age 11 ) - 3rd All Around Champion
in addition to winning 3rd on bars, 2nd on vault
Autumn Miner (age 10+) – 2nd on floor
Level 6’s did an incredible job. Each and everyone
of them competed extremely well and kept in great spirits
through out the whole competition. This is a very supportive
team with tremendous talent. They pushed each others
performances and kept close friendships. Congratulations
girls to being All Stars Gymnastics First Level 6 Connecticut
State Champions. Out of this group of 8 young ladies
after Saturday 5 of them hold state championship titles
in events and four of them are All Around Champions.
Awesome job ladies you have a lot to be proud of.
